Good Afternoon Whānau,  We are about to commence the last week of Term 1, which will be followed by the beginning of two week's school holidays. It has been a busy term with lots of important learning and everyone is feeling ready for a break to recharge the batteries. Thank you for all the support and encouragement you have given your children, and the school, over the course of Term 1. Swimming is finished until Term 4 and children will not be required to wear a hat next term when outside.  On Sunday we had many of our students being confirmed and making their First Holy Communion. This is a very exciting time for them, please keep them in your prayers.   Good Afternoon Whānau,  I hope you had a lovely long weekend with friends and family 😊 Last week we celebrated Palm Sunday and Washing of the Feet through liturgy. We also enjoyed our own version of The Last Supper before heading into Easter. These experiences were meaningful and reminded us all about the true meaning of Easter.  Coming up this week: - Swimming all week.  - Cricket on Wednesday. - Chess Club on Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime.  - Library and ICT Club on Thursday. - Whakaue Golden Time on Friday.
